Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor with ACCA CMA certification to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for our employees. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Supervise and mentor payroll team members, fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to payroll and labor.
  • Review and analyze payroll data for accuracy, making necessary adjustments and corrections as needed.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.


Requirements

  • ACCA CMA certification is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a payroll team and leading payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insightful reports.
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
