As an People & Culture Intern at Bukhash Brothers, you will play a vital role in shaping our talent acquisition efforts. This dynamic position involves posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating the interview process to ensure we attract and engage top talent. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate information across our recruitment platforms while providing timely updates to managers and directors regarding application statuses. Your strong communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. You will also be responsible for gathering valuable data from applicants and reporting on recruitment progress to support our hiring goals. Additionally, you will scout and connect with potential speakers for Agora, contributing to our industry presence. You’ll also play a key role in writing our weekly internal newsletter and assisting with team-building activities to foster a collaborative workplace culture.

What You'll Do

  • Post job advertisements and descriptions on various job platforms, including KEKA and LinkedIn.
  • Correct data and posted information on job platforms as necessary to ensure accuracy.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain the recruitment database in Monday.com and KEKA.
  • Coordinate with managers and directors regarding the status of applications and provide regular updates.
  • Collect data and information from applicants as needed for the recruitment process.
  • Report on recruitment progress, including metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate feedback.
  • Scout and reach out to potential speakers for Agora, sending invitations as required.
  • Contribute to the creation of a weekly internal newsletter to keep the team informed and engaged.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and job posting sites is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR software (e.g., KEKA, Monday.com) is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
