The Role
The People Operations at NymCard would collaborate closely with People Manager to align human resources initiatives. This role ensures smooth HR operations by managing employee documentation, maintaining HR systems, and supporting compliance-related activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Contract & Documentation Management
Draft, issue, and archive employment contracts and amendments, Maintain up-to-date employee folders (physical and digital)
HRMS Administration: Update employee records in the HRMS platform (new hires, exits, role changes), Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across modules
Insurance Coordination: Add and remove employees from group insurance policies, Liaise with insurance providers for claims and coverage updates
Letter Preparation: Generate HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion, relieving, etc.), Ensure templates are compliant and personalized as needed
Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in internal audits by providing required documentation, Ensure all employee records meet statutory and company standards.

Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in human resources or similar role, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
