Your Mission
As a People Partner at Giftify, you'll play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience across our Middle Eastern operations while contributing to global HR initiatives. You'll manage day-to-day HR operations and support strategic projects that enhance efficiency, engagement, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will bring expertise in employment law and benefits in the Middle East, with additional exposure to European or Asian HR practices being a strong asset.

Responsibilities
- Employee Experience & Moments That Matter Act as the key point of contact for employees, ensuring their journey— from onboarding to offboarding—leaves a lasting positive impression. You'll create “moments that matter” by fostering connection and reinforcing our values.
- Digital HR & Automation Use cutting-edge HR tools and automation to streamline processes, reduce administrative tasks, and improve the employee experience.
- HR Operations Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, payroll oversight, compliance, and training.
- Employee Development Design and implement growth-focused initiatives that enable employees to unlock their full potential, while also supporting performance management.
- Policy & Compliance Implement HR policies that reflect our culture while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations in the Middle East.
- International HR Support Collaborate on multi-regional HR strategies and manage compliance with local labour laws across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
At Giftify, we value placing the right talent in the right roles to drive our mission forward. We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist within a fast-paced, international environment, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Possesses a deep understanding of Middle Eastern employment law and benefits, with exposure to European or Asian HR practices being a strong plus.
- Is digitally savvy, with strong expertise in HR tech and automation tools to drive efficiency.
- Has solid experience in both soft and hard HR functions, including compliance, payroll oversight, and employee engagement.
- Is fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
