What You'll Be Doing
Our Performance Marketer will execute and optimize paid media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for Maison Margiela's regional e-commerce platform. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize the impact of digital campaigns, supporting both sales performance and the Maison’s distinctive identity.

What You'll Be Doing

This role focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize the impact of digital campaigns, supporting both sales performance and the Maison’s distinctive identity.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring alignment with Margiela’s image.
- Focus on search, social, display, and affiliate marketing to drive relevant traffic and sales.
- Partner with the Digital/E-Commerce Manager to ensure digital campaigns highlight key products and align with e-merchandising strategies.
- Incorporate e-merchandising insights into campaign messaging to drive conversions and maximize product visibility.
- Monitor KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights to the Digital/E-Commerce Manager.
- Use tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (tools to be confirmed) to refine strategies and improve campaign performance
- Tracking Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or CRM systems (tools to be confirmed)
- Align digital campaigns with the website’s capabilities and functionality developed by Chalhoub IS&T.
- Communicate campaign needs to ensure the platform supports campaign goals effectively.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize creative, targeting, and messaging.
- Expertise in performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, programmatic tools).
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with e-merchandising principles to align campaigns with product and sales strategies.
- At least 4+ years of experience in a Performance Marketing role.
