About The Job
Bukhash Brothers is an award-winning digital agency known for delivering innovative and data-driven campaigns across the GCC. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Intern with hands-on experience in digital advertising to work alongside our Performance Marketing Specialist, assisting in campaign execution and optimization.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Intern with hands-on experience in digital advertising to work alongside our Performance Marketing Specialist, assisting in campaign execution and optimization.

Duration: 3 months Requirements
- Assist in the setup, monitoring and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & Facebook Ads (Meta).
- Help monitor and maintain key campaign reports/ trackers with performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPE, engagement rates, ROAS on Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Strong interest in digital advertising, marketing and media.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and digital advertising platforms (experience is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. (Experience in Google Looker Studio is a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hands-on experience working on live paid ad campaigns for top brands.
- Digital marketing agency experience.
- Exposure and knowledge to the digital advertising industry and platforms.
