Role Overview:

We seek a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements with timely reminders and relevant materials.
  • Communication Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, filtering emails, phone calls, and messages. Prioritize communication and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and events. Ensure all materials are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with the CEO's requirements.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. Maintain confidentiality in all interactions and communications related to the CEO's business and personal matters.
  • Task Coordination and Project Support: Assist in managing and coordinating various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO to ensure smooth workflow.

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced English level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.

Work Schedule: Full-time position with a 48-hour work week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Location: Office based in Opus Tower, 2004, Business Bay, Dubai.
