We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join a Financial Services business in Dubai, supporting their COO.
- Administrative Support:
- Serve as the main contact for the COO and Operations division, managing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Organise and maintain records, files, and correspondence.
- Prepare complex documents and reports using various office technologies.
- Monitor and track the progress of departmental assignments, providing weekly updates to the COO.
- COO Support:
- Manage the COO's calendar, organise meetings, and prepare necessary materials.
- Handle travel bookings, transportation, and accommodations.
- Screen calls and visitors, prioritising important requests.
- Coordinate responses to government stakeholder requests and prepare briefing documents for engagements.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Graduate Programme with administrative tasks.
- Participate in departmental projects and events, providing necessary information and support.
- Attend workshops and contribute to team projects and activities.
- Policies and Procedures:
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistent operations.
- Promote a strong risk culture as part of the organisation's Risk Management Framework.
- Reporting:
- Assist in preparing departmental and management reports.
- Review reports from stakeholders and brief the COO accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Certifications: AML/CFT related certification is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English to a high level
