Job Overview
The Sheikh Zayed Private Academies are leading US-curriculum schools in Abu Dhabi, delivering outstanding education for students from Pre-KG to Grade 12. The schools’ reputations for high quality education, outstanding facilities, and innovative use of technology are well established in the UAE.
The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys (SZPAB) is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative, secretarial and general support to the Head of Elementary and Head of Secondary.

Duties And Responsibilities
Coordinate, facilitate and maintain calendars, and schedule appointments, meetings and school events as required.
Provide translation and interpretation services as required. Translate communications for the secondary school from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English.
Attend meetings, record and distribute minutes/actions as required.
Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and resolve them when appropriate.
Assist in the logistics for school events.
Responsible for updating the ADEK system for secondary school fieldtrips and external visitors.
Perform any other relevant duties as requested by administration.
Provide backup reception duties during staff breaks/absences/days of specific events.
Manage, organize and update relevant database applications.
Liaise with school PA's or secretaries regarding students, parents, faculty and staff.
Position Requirements: (please only apply if you meet the below criteria)
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position (candidates with previous experience within a school setting will be prioritized)
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
