We are looking for a Personal Shopper Assistant (PSA) to join our Ounass Maison team and play a key supporting role in ensuring seamless service for our valued clients. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for luxury fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the organizational skills to support our Personal Shoppers in providing world-class service.

- Assist Personal Shoppers during client appointments, ensuring smooth preparation and follow-through.
- Handle product requests efficiently, including sourcing, steaming, and styling support.
- Anticipate client needs and maintain Maison standards in fitting rooms, refreshments, and overall presentation.
- Support in packaging, gifting, and after-service follow-up as directed by the Personal Shopper.
- Maintain stockroom organization and assist with product rotation on the Maison floor.
- Liaise with operations, stock, and cashier teams to ensure timely processing of requests.
- Manage deliveries, returns, and exchanges promptly, in line with Maison standards.
- Support visual merchandising standards within the Maison.
- Work closely with Personal Shoppers, Coordinators, and the wider Maison team to ensure seamless service.
- Provide operational and admin support during peak seasons, events, and brand activations.
- Assist with Maison reporting and documentation as needed.
- Previous retail or client-facing experience in luxury fashion or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for luxury service and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to support evening events and activations when required.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
- Client-centric mindset with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive, positive team player.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
