- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in game development, including game design, interactive media, and immersive technologies.
- Conduct research and publish in recognized, peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise student research, graduation projects, and postgraduate theses.
- Develop and update curricula aligned with industry standards and new technologies.
- Participate in academic accreditation and ensure course quality.
- Lead projects in game-related fields such as serious games, AI in games, and AR/VR.
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance research and teaching relevance.
- Represent the university at academic and professional conferences
- PhD in Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of three years’ teaching experience in game development or interactive media.
- Proven research record with publications in reputable journals.
- Proficiency with game engines and tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming languages relevant to game development (e.g., C++, C#, Python).
- Experience in curriculum design and supervision of student research.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
- Ability to work with industry partners on applied research and innovation.
