- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Media and Communication, with a focus on contemporary and digital media trends.
- Engage in research activities and initiate projects leading to publications in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed scientific journals, particularly those indexed in Scopus.
- Supervise graduation projects, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations.
- Contribute to curriculum development by updating and enhancing academic programs to align with industry trends.
- Participate in academic accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with the UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation and international standards.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the department, college, or university.
- Engage in community service initiatives, including organizing media-related events, offering consultancy, and strengthening industry partnerships.
- Advise and mentor students, guiding them in their academic and professional development.
- PhD in Media and Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least three years of successful teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels in media, communications, or related disciplines.
- A strong research record with publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals or indexed in Scopus.
- Experience supervising graduation projects, as well as master’s and doctoral theses.
- Proven ability to establish collaborations with media organizations, industry partners, and community institutions.
- Demonstrated history of contributing to university and community service initiatives.
- Preference for candidates with experience in e-learning and online education.
- Proficiency in integrating digital technology into curriculum design and instruction.
