- Build excellent photographic content with a focus on authentic, lifestyle photography
- Turn complex concepts and ideas into compelling photographic images.
- Take direction from property management and clients
- Coordinate all aspects of photo production; including casting, lighting, editing, digital input and file management, image compositing, creation of all props and sets
- Apply your unique style and creative solutions
- Ensure all imagery meets high quality and site standards
- Proficiency with multiple image management, hardware, and software solutions and applications
- Experience working with Advertising/Marketing agency teams Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
- Productivity-focused, quick problem solver with proven ability to multi-task Ability to work within a team
- Website or portfolio of photography required
