About The Role

This position plays a key role in the daily planning and coordination of our service operations, directly supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to end users.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Update the Master Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule (90, 60, and 30 days)
• Manage the SR backlog and validate scheduled hours for PM visits
• Assign and pre-schedule work orders based on technician skillsets and availability
• Contact customers to coordinate and confirm initial visits
• Estimate and adjust work hours in work orders and scheduled hours
• Provide feedback and flag resource availability concerns to the Branch Manager
• Review technical work, approve timesheets, and manage technician expenses
• Manage service renewal processes and SR bookings
• Create startup forecast work orders
• Incorporate CBM into PM planning for connected chillers
• Highlight technician shortages and support recruitment decisions
  
  

Skill Set

• Strong project planning and coordination skills
• HVAC technical background and understanding of work-hour estimation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Problem-solving, team-oriented, and results-driven
• Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Diploma in Engineering or related field is a plus
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
