The Project

This is a large residential community project in Dubai.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develops detailed plans considering site logistics and project constraints.
• Interfaces with project teams to support progress reporting and contractual obligations.
• Reviews productivity metrics to monitor and measure progress.
• Communicates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Integrates sustainable design and procurement into project programmes.
• Embeds health and safety considerations within planning processes.
• Oversees project work plans, deadlines, and team coordination.
• Supports net zero carbon goals by identifying and managing carbon impacts during delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. CIOB, APM, PMI (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
