Projectplanning,scheduledevelopmentandmaintenance.Managementoftheprogressmeasurementsystemand reportingset-upandimplementation.Progress/performanceevaluationandreporting.Turn-aroundplanning andschedulingand implementation/monitoring.Tenderpreparation/ adjudication.Baselinemanagement,resourceloadingandanalysis,progressupdateandcashflowintegrationbasedonearnedvaluemethods.Establishanddefineanyjob-orientedprojectcontrolproceduresandidentifythelevelofresourcesrequiredtooperatethem.DevelopinconjunctionwiththeProjectDirectorasuitableWorkBreakdownStructurefortheproject.Establishandagreethelevelandfrequencyofreportingrequiredbytheproject.Establishandcommunicateschedulebaselinesandensurecontrolmechanismsareinplacetomonitorperformance.ReviewoverallprojectstatuswiththeProjectManagementteamandrecommendcorrectiveactionwherenecessary.EnsurethatplanninganddocumentcontrolreportsarepreparedandissuedinaccordancewithProjectCoordinationProcedures.LiaisewithallotherDepartmentsatallmeetingsrelevanttoprojectoperationsandensuretimeand plans are updated to reflect latest information.
