 Job Overview

KILONEWTONS is looking for a dynamic Plant Manager to oversee our Mussafah manufacturing facility. You will drive operational excellence, efficiency, and safety while leading a high-performing team in Abu Dhabi’s industrial hub.

Key Responsibilities

 Operations Leadership:

  • Manage daily plant operations & production schedules
  • Ensure on-time delivery & quality standards
  • Optimize production processes & workflows

Team Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, logistics)
  • Conduct performance reviews & skills development
  • Foster a culture of safety & continuous improvement

Cost & Budget Control

  • Monitor OPEX & CAPEX budgets
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Reduce downtime & waste

Quality & Compliance

  • Enforce ISO 9001 & 14001 standards
  • Ensure compliance with UAE industrial regulations
  • Maintain documentation for audits

Maintenance & Reliability

  • Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance
  • Coordinate with engineering & technical teams
  • Improve equipment uptime & lifespan

Health & Safety

  • Implement OSHAD & OSHA standards
  • Conduct safety drills & risk assessments
  • Promote zero-incident workplace culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Technical Expertise:

  • 5+ years in plant/manufacturing management
  • Strong lean manufacturing & Six Sigma knowledge
  • Experience in heavy industry (construction, steel, chemicals preferred)

Software & Tools

  • ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle
  • Production Monitoring: MES, SCADA
  • MS Office: Advanced Excel/PowerPoint

Certifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management
  • PMP/Lean Six Sigma (preferred)

Essential Skills

  • Fluent in English (Arabic beneficial)
  • Strong decision-making & leadership
  • Ability to work under pressure
