The Platform Marketing team is in charge of designing the messaging matrix and content approach for TTFB's go-to-market strategy. The team is accountable for identifying the right value propositions that work on a macro-business level and then tailored to the individual needs of each vertical.
The team is seen as the single external voice of truth when it comes to delivering data, insights, and product communication at industry engagements and client activities.
About The Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our team and lead the strategic marketing efforts for the Turkish market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights, and crafting compelling strategic proposals. You will work closely with sales, measurement, research, product solutions, and account management teams to promote TikTok’s media, creative products, and the platform as a whole.

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our team and lead the strategic marketing efforts for the Turkish market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights, and crafting compelling strategic proposals. You will work closely with sales, measurement, research, product solutions, and account management teams to promote TikTok’s media, creative products, and the platform as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a solid understanding of all industry's (Retail, CPG, Travel & Services) business challenges within digital advertising in Turkey
- Establish a solid understanding of all key audience insights from platform data and third-party data
- Develop a deep understanding of TikTok's unique positioning, product solutions, equities and opportunities it provides across industries
- Build compelling data-backed storylines and presentations for businesses to invest in TikTok
- Write exciting data-backed thought leaderships for businesses to position TikTok as a pioneer in an industry
- Develop exciting programs and initiatives that deliver consistent content for industries to inform, inspire, and educate businesses
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams - namely sales, marketing science, B2B marketing, and PR to deliver projects from execution to externalization
- Provide and ensure communication with and between management teams at critical points in the implementation of a project
Minimum Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the Turkish market and the ability to tailor strategies to local nuances.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Due to the nature of the business, market, and clients fluency in English and Turkish is preferred.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of TikTok’s ad products, creative best practices, and performance marketing.
- Track record of successfully influencing C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Experience in developing strategic proposals and working closely with sales teams.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in presenting ideas to both internal teams and clients.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field) is a plus.
- Background in consultancy or strategic marketing for brands, with a proven track record of driving impactful marketing initiatives.
