What you will be doing:
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment, including water supply systems, sewer pumps, and drainage networks throughout the property.
- Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems, including sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners.
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, including cleaning fat traps, soil pipes, and roof-level ventilation and rainwater outlets.
- Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements.
- Install supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring proper positioning and functionality.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties and following departmental procedures.
- Report daily work progress and completed trouble reports to the Team Leader or foreman.
Your experience and skills include:
- Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, maintenance
- Experience in a similar hospitality field
- Ability to speak clearly English
- Skills in the following categories: Plumbing, Pipe fighting, Water Heater, Boilers, Electrical (an advantage), General Maintenance
