WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a REDtabulous Creative aka General Technician & Plumber to join our incREDible Engineering team here @Radisson RED

What we expect from you:

MAIN DUTIES:

• Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot/cold water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/ fountain water systems and swimming pools.
• Attends to replacement or new construction projects which may include GI, PVC and cast iron piping and fabrication of necessary brackets supports for installation.
• Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom/ toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-the-house areas.
• Cleans all manholes and clears sewage and storm water line blockages using sneaker machine or ropes and ring arrangement as required.
• Participates in Energy Conservation Program
• Ensures that the Plant Room, Workshop and related areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
• Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

• Reports to Asst. Maintenance Manager/Team Leader
• Interacts - Cooperates with others in the Engineering Department.
• Interacts and cooperates with guests and outside contractors as directed.
• Interacts with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.

• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Reports to Asst. Maintenance Manager/Team Leader
• Interacts - Cooperates with others in the Engineering Department.
• Interacts and cooperates with guests and outside contractors as directed.
• Interacts with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Basic knowledge in Electrical and HVAC
