At LXR Hotels & Resorts, every detail of the guest experience relies on seamless comfort and reliability. As a Plumber, you will ensure that all plumbing systems throughout the hotel operate efficiently and safely, supporting the luxury standards that define our brand.
What will I be doing?
As Plumber, you will:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, valves, pumps, water heaters, and sanitary systems.
- Respond promptly to guest room and public area maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Diagnose leaks, blockages, or malfunctions and resolve them effectively.
- Support water conservation and sustainability initiatives by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems regularly to maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Monitor plumbing-related inventory and request spare parts as needed.
- Collaborate with the wider Engineering team to complete projects and upgrades.
- Perform additional tasks as required to ensure smooth hotel operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Plumber, preferably within luxury hospitality or large facilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to safety, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
- A team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
