Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor with experience in MEP projects to oversee and coordinate plumbing installations in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work meets quality standards and is completed within specified timelines.
Job Responsibility
- Supervise and manage plumbing teams on-site to ensure efficient and effective installation of plumbing systems.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements for plumbing installations.
- Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Inspect and test installed plumbing systems to identify any issues and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Train and mentor plumbing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in plumbing techniques and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and manpower allocation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any plumbing-related problems that may arise during the construction process.
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor in MEP projects.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other construction professionals.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Certification in plumbing or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- UAE/MOFA attested degree or diploma is a must.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
- Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of plumbers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle the demands of the job
