Project Manager- Business Banking

Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage the overall project plan, timeline, and budget for the project.
  • Secure stake holder buy-in and commitment from across the organization, including IT, operations, compliance, and business departments.
  • Break down the project into manageable phases and workstreams, assigning tasks and resources effectively.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project progress.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring they deliver services and solutions according to project requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of the integrated solution.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new solution by users.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly and transparently.
  • Document lessons learned throughout the project to inform future initiatives
