Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Hostess at Delano Dubai, you'll be the warm and welcoming face of our pool and beach dining experience, responsible for creating a lasting first impression for our guests. Your exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail will ensure that every guest feels valued and enjoys an unforgettable experience in our luxurious outdoor setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth, guiding them to their seats while ensuring a smooth transition into their dining experience.
• Table Management: Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover while maintaining a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
• Communication: Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely updates on guest needs and preferences.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to enhance their experience, addressing inquiries and special requests with professionalism and grace.
• Ambiance Maintenance: Help maintain the elegant atmosphere of the pool and beach areas, ensuring that all spaces are clean, organized, and reflective of Delano's luxury standards.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events at the pool and beach, ensuring all details are meticulously attended to.
  
  

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
