Job Purpose

To oversee all poultry processing operations from slaughter through chilling, cutting, and packaging, ensuring ethical handling, product integrity, food safety, and operational excellence. You are the guardian of welfare, efficiency, and consistency, leading a diverse team to deliver premium, traceable, and perfectly presented products. You set the tone, raise the bar, and make sure every team member understands that doing it right isn’t optional, it’s who we are.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across slaughter, evisceration, chilling, cutting, and packaging zones.
• Ensure halal, welfare, and food-safety compliance at every stage of processing.
• Plan daily production schedules aligned with orders, capacity, and staffing levels.
• Lead, train, and motivate supervisors and line operators to achieve excellence in throughput, hygiene, and morale.
• Collaborate with QA to maintain 100% compliance with ADAFSA, MoCCAE, HACCP, and internal audit requirements.
• Track yields, waste, downtime, and throughput; implement continuous improvement actions.
• Liaise with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow and zero unplanned stoppages.
• Maintain discipline, PPE standards, and professional culture on the factory floor.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards with zero tolerance for negligence.
• Report daily KPIs and non-conformance data to the COO.

Downtime Rate - <1% unplanned downtime

Staff Retention - ≥ 95% retention of trained staff

Order Accuracy - 100% correct SKU, label, and weight fulfilment
