Eaton is seeking a Power Quality Application Engineer with strong technical expertise in UPS systems, Power Quality solutions, software integration, and white space environments. This role focuses on presales technical support, partner enablement, and structured technical training, ensuring seamless integration of Eaton’s solutions in IT infrastructure, data centers, and mission-critical environments.

The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver pre-sales technical support, custom quotations, and value engineering. Additionally, they will take the lead in training new joiners, partners, and customers, ensuring a high level of technical proficiency across the ecosystem.

This is a high-impact technical role, suited for professionals passionate about critical power infrastructure, digital solutions, and technical knowledge-sharing.

What You’ll Do

Software & Digital Enablement in Power Quality:

• Support customers and partners in deploying monitoring software, remote management tools, and energy optimization solutions.
• Provide guidance on UPS system integration with IT infrastructures, BMS (Building Management Systems), and industrial automation.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends in power management.
  
  
  

White Space Expertise & Integration

• Provide technical expertise in white space environments, ensuring seamless integration of UPS, power distribution, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partners and customers in implementing Power Quality solutions in white space environments.
  
  
  

Technical Training & Partner Enablement

• Design and conduct structured technical training programs for new joiners, partners, and sales teams.
• Develop training materials, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on workshops.
• Work closely with partners to increase their technical capabilities and confidence in selling Eaton solutions.
  
  
  

Technical Presales & Solution Support: (Functional lead for the region Qatar & Kuwait)

• Provide technical consultation and pre-order support to sales teams and partners.
• Assist in developing customized solutions for IT channel business and projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotations and manual orders.
  
  
  

Partner Support & Compliance Documentation: (Functional lead for the region Qatar & Kuwait)

• Issuing Partner Authorization Contracts, NDAs, Large Deal Approvals, and Due Diligence documentation.
• Manage the renewal of Authorized Service Agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in contract documentation and approvals.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience in presales, technical support, or a related role within the Powe Quality sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of UPS and Power Quality products and solutions including energy storage, software and power distribution in white space environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong technical advisory approach.
