WSP Middle East is looking for a PR Administrator to join our Sharjah office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using key UAE government systems such as Tasheel, GDRFA, Emirates ID, DHA, and GPSSA, with experience processing Emirati National Labor Cards.

Your new role, what's involved?

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in utilizing the Tasheel typing system.
• Proficiently manage and operate the GDRFA typing system.
• Administer the Emirates ID typing system efficiently.
• Apply knowledge of DHA typing systems for accurate processing.
• Process Emirati National Labor Cards in accordance with regulations.
• Effectively navigate and manage the GPSSA system
  
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the visa lifecycle for employees, including applications, renewal, cancellation, and status change.
• Stay informed about the latest visa and immigration regulations in the UAE.
• Ensure that visa applications are completed and accurate before submission to minimize delays or rejections.
• Collaborate with government departments and immigration authorities to resolve issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and regulations.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry and visa processing.
• Organize and update internal files with employment data and information.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with HR and other departments.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Proficient in typing in both English and Arabic
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in document preparation and data entry
• Preferable to have a UAE driving license
