Located in the heart of Place Vendome, the Maison Chaumet is a major actor in the luxury sector and represents the symbol of the Parisian jewelry excellence since its creation in 1780. Thanks to its exceptional knowledge passed from one generation to the other, Chaumet’s history is merged with the French History and that of the Empress Joséphine. As a PR Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping and promoting the brand’s image and reputation. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing PR strategies, managing crisis communications, creating compelling content, planning PR events, and building relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
Working closely with the Communication Director and cross-functional departments, you will identify opportunities for media relations, content creation, event planning, and experiential marketing. Through regular stakeholder engagement and proactive media outreach, you will continually enhance the brand message and communications.
5 years+ of public relations/communications experience in both agency and/or in-house international luxury brand.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines.
Solid organizational skills, visual skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
Ability to convey, adapt / exchange, influence, negotiate
Understanding of digital communications and social media
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with crisis communication management and the ability to handle sensitive and high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus

- Coordinate and execute comprehensive PR strategies to promote Maison Chaumet collections, events, and initiatives in the Middle East.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
- Work directly with the Communication Director to lead development of regional communication, talent, influencer engagement strategies to drive brand awareness in the region.
- Drive the acceleration of digital, social, and content strategies to reach & recruit new audiences (Gen Z, Millennials)
- Determine KPI measurements for influencer activations outside of Earned Media Value and set goals for brand locally in key markets.
- Continually evolve the department structure to meet the changing needs of brand & media/influencer landscape and help talent recruit in key regions.
- Prepare and submit PR reports: Create engaging content for various channels, including press releases, articles, and website content.
- Plan and coordinate PR events and product launches to generate media interest and coverage.9. Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop appropriate responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various initiatives, such as product launches, corporate announcements, and crisis management.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives using various analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market
- Assist in Communication budget development creation and implementation
5 years+ of public relations/communications experience in both agency and/or in-house international luxury brand.
