Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Skills & Qualification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and present design concepts effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of interior design and sales processes is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the interior design or real estate industry is preferred.
