Presales Consultant Middle East

Dubai – At Planon International, we’re on a mission to revolutionize Field Service Management (FSM) and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) —empowering organizations to optimize resources, automate processes, and enhance service delivery from A to Z.

Now, we’re looking for a driven Presales Consultant to expand our footprint across the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact presentations, demos, and technical expertise to secure new business and support the sales cycle for our FSM solutions. If you thrive on solving customer challenges, building strong relationships, and driving solutions that transform field service operations, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver FSM solution demos and presentations to prospective clients, aligning solutions to their specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to tailor proposals and effectively respond to RFPs and RFIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, offering consultative advice on field service best practices.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, supporting prospects from initial inquiry to closing.
• Represent Planon’s FSM solutions at industry events to promote the brand and engage with new prospects.
  
  

Profile

Our mission is to deliver in-house software solutions that enable our clients to optimize their field service operations and effectively solve their challenges – and that’s no simple task. You have a documented track record of success and are familiar with proposing solutions to clients in field service environments.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of presales experience with complex software solutions. Experience with FSM platforms (e.g., Planon, ServiceMax, ClickSoftware) would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively present FSM solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven consultative sales experience with a focus on uncovering client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai and Saudi Arabia to engage with clients and prospects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
