Job Description:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to support business development efforts by translating customer needs into effective solutions. You'll drive our product's value and customize solutions to meet clients' requirements.
- Solution Consultation: Work with sales and technical teams to understand and analyze client requirements, recommending solutions based on PRP, ASP, Oracle Dynamics, and SAP.
- Technical Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and technical presentations that showcase how our solutions meet business requirements.
- Deployment & POC Management: Support Proof of Concept (POC) projects and assist with initial deployment setups for ERP and PRP solutions.
- Documentation & RFPs: Prepare technical documentation and contribute to RFPs and other client-facing materials.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to ensure solutions are tailored and effective.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or deployment role with expertise in PRP, ASP, Oracle Dynamics, and/or SAP.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Dynamics and SAP. Familiarity with PRP and ASP solutions is a strong advantage.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Salary Range: Depends on Experience
Work Timings: Monday-Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
