Overview of the role:
As a Pricing Manager, you will analyze pricing trends, demand patterns, and customer behavior using advanced data techniques. You'll leverage market prediction models to forecast trends, optimize pricing, and support sales strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll provide data-driven insights for business positioning. Additionally, you'll oversee margin protection and lead a small team managing B2B, international trade, and retail pricing.

Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will lead a team of Pricing Executives in a fast-paced After Sales environment. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless pricing strategies and decision-making.

What you will do:
Data Analysis & Pricing Strategy:
- Analyze pricing trends, demand patterns, and customer behavior using statistical methods and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Leverage in-house market prediction models to forecast trends and optimize pricing.
- Support business initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Monitor pricing trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts.
- Adjust pricing strategies based on cost changes and demand fluctuations.
- Evaluate and enhance pricing for new sales channels to maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate pricing documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing with revenue goals.
- Develop pricing structures for new channels while ensuring market competitiveness.
- Optimize IAM product pricing across B2B and B2C channels.
- Manage and train a small team handling pricing inquiries and frontline support.
- Ensure efficient query resolution to prevent sales loss.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to analyze pricing trends, demand patterns, and market forecasts.
- Strong understanding of pricing models (cost-plus, competitive, value-based) and margin optimization to maximize revenue.
- Ability to assess costs, revenue impact, and pricing structures across multiple sales channels (B2B, B2C).
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, plus managing a small team to ensure pricing efficiency and support.
Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will lead a team of Pricing Executives in a fast-paced After Sales environment. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless pricing strategies and decision-making.
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau) and pricing software (e.g., Syncron Price).
- At least 2+ years in pricing data analytics or financial/banking analytics.
- Preferably 2+ years in automotive aftersales (Distributor or OEM), with exposure to B2C or B2B pricing environments.
