Principal Consultant (Customer EXperience)
The Principal Solutions Architect/Consultant (Customer eXperience) helps customers succeed with their enterprise Data Management solutions. We are actively recruiting an experienced consultant who loves working with data. You'll use Informatica's Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform and other On-Prem products to deliver solutions related to Data Governance, Data Integration and Master Data Management. Your Opportunity
You'll provide industry leading data management consulting services to our customers who utilize Informatica products and solutions. You'll also support the services sales cycle as requested and mentor other Informatica consultants in the effective use and deployment of On-Prem and Cloud Informatica products.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
You will work with our customers and business partners, both on short-term assignments to provide on-the-spot Informatica expertise and on longer-term assignments to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with customers' expectations and Informatica's internal best practices. You will travel whenever necessary, work alone or lead a technical team to provide support and solutions for assigned customers and projects. You will promote best practices with an outcome-driven mindset while managing project deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations, ensuring long-term success and adoption of Informatica products. Your ultimate mission is to deliver a first-rate customer experience and positive brand awareness for Informatica.

- Fluent in English & Arabic
- 10 years + of relevant industry experience in the data management field.
- Independently drive and lead technical discussions, presentations, and meetings with customers and business partners.
- Consulting skills in the Data Management space
- Prior experience in providing technical leadership and leading project teams during complex data management projects.
- Strategic delivery approach to consulting engagements, by understanding customers' long-term data management strategies and vision.
- Ability to execute multi-consultant consulting projects, driving the design and development of product-based solutions.
- Experience with Data Management related industry best practices, architectures, and solutions.
- Prior project experience in architecting and designing technical solutions related to Data Integration, Data Governance, or Master Data Management.
- Prior experience working with leading Data Management tools & technologies such as Informatica, PowerBI, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric & Cloud Ecosystems such as AWS & Azure.
- Strong in database-related concepts, medallion architecture and modern Cloud Data Lake/Warehouse architectures, along with proficient skills in SQL writing and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows-based Operating Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Linux Shell scripting, and relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience implementing Cloud Data Lake and Data Warehousing solutions using technology platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Amazon S3, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands-on experience with data warehouse appliances such as Teradata, Oracle Exadata.
- Hands-on experience working with Cloud and/or On-Prem Products.
- Experience working with REST APIs and Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with messaging queues like JMS and Kafka, and programming languages like Java and Python is a big plus.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
