We are currently seeking a Principal Electrical Designer , reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

Languages: English + proficiency level (Basic, Professional, Fluent)
Main skills: - Over 20 years of experience in electrical design within the oil and gas industry.

- Lead and oversee the creation of detailed electrical designs for FEED and pre-FEED projects within the oil and gas industry.
- Utilize SP3D software to expertly develop and refine electrical design models and drawings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Conduct thorough design reviews and provide expert technical guidance to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, reports, and drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Participate in site visits and assessments as necessary to gather data and validate designs.
- Support the Lead Electrical Engineer in project execution and delivery.

- Extensive understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
