Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to engineers in the department, ensuring the highest standards of development and implementation.
• Capabilities Management: Oversee and enhance our departmental capabilities, including:
• Modeling and Simulation
• Guidance & Control Algorithms
• Tracking Systems
• Estimation and Optimization Filters
• Software Development (SIL and PIL)
• Lab Testing and Performance Verification (HIL Test)
• Mission Planning and Flight Testing
• Mentorship: Cultivate talent by mentoring engineers at all levels, from Junior to Senior Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Flight Testing: Lead pre-flight preparations, conduct flight tests, and perform thorough post-flight analyses to ensure optimal performance.
• Future Exploration: Investigate and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to drive the advancement of our capabilities and processes.
• Infrastructure Development: Establish and enhance tools, labs, and systems that support guidance and control capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in guided weapon systems or relevant fields, demonstrating a proven track record in engineering leadership.
• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of guidance and control systems, with a strong background in system engineering.
