We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer - System Architecture
About the Role:
We are in search of a Principal Engineer - System Architecture is a key member of the System Design department, responsible for providing advanced technical expertise in System Engineering (SE) tools and guiding System Engineers in the development of requirement baselines, functional architectures, physical architectures, and verification and testing plans.

We are in search of a Principal Engineer - System Architecture is a key member of the System Design department, responsible for providing advanced technical expertise in System Engineering (SE) tools and guiding System Engineers in the development of requirement baselines, functional architectures, physical architectures, and verification and testing plans.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in acquiring SE Tools (Requirement Management & SE)
- Train Extensively on tools to become master users
- Support SE to develop requirement baselines, functional architecture, physical architectures and verification and testing plans
- Train and provide technical support to SE on the use of these tools
- Evaluate and monitor tool usage to ensure that we are getting the benefit, keep up with the latest advances.
- Demonstrate mastery in SE tools, focusing on Requirement Management & SE, to drive efficient and effective engineering practices.
- Collaborate with System Engineers to refine and develop requirement baselines, ensuring they are clear, precise, and aligned with project objectives.
- Lead the creation of robust functional architectures and physical architectures, providing guidance to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to the formulation of comprehensive verification and testing plans, ensuring they are rigorous, reliable, and aligned with project goals.
- Evaluate and optimize the utilization of SE tools, ensuring they are leveraged to their fullest potential to benefit the System Engineering team.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to the System Architecture team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Drive initiatives to continually enhance System Architecture processes and methodologies, keeping abreast of industry best practices.
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in System Architecture with a focus on missile systems.
- Preferred: 12+ years of experience and Prior experience in the defense or aerospace industry.
- Preferred: Certification in relevant System Engineering Tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Management and System Engineering Tools.
