WSP are currently seeking an accomplished and visionary professional to join our Transport Planning & Mobility team, based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for candidates at either Principal Engineer or Associate level. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and influence transport master plans, plot design schemes, and future mobility solutions across the region.

This role involves leadership in developing transport master plans, innovative plot design schemes, and future mobility solutions. Your new role, what's involved?
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development of transport master plans and mobility solutions for various projects across the Middle East.
- Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives, presenting proposals, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Innovative Solutions: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies and future mobility concepts into transport infrastructure projects.
- Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within prescribed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, urban planners, and engineering teams, to align transport plans with broader development strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of transport planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transport plans adhere to local regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize transport solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in transport planning, with a focus on master plans, plot design, and future mobility solutions.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present comprehensive project proposals.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of transport infrastructure projects in the Middle East, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for transport planning and analysis.
