Principal Stakeholder Coordinator

Abu Dhabi, UAE

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for effectively managing and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our projects and initiatives.
  • Play a critical role in aligning stakeholder interests with organizational objectives, fostering collaboration, and driving project success.
  • Develops and fosters relationships with stakeholders and liaises with all relevant agencies/authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all regulatory requirements, design criteria and design changes.
  • Develops, monitors and updates the Stakeholder Management Plan.
  • Establishes NOI/NOC tracker to track information’s and status and ensures timely intervention to ensure approvals in time.
  • Monitors progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
  • Liaison with authorities for all technical queries and required approvals.
  • Monitors project schedules regularly and coordinate with the project and design manager to determine any delays or deviations related to NOC progress.
  • Participates in project design meetings and Guide the design team on approvals methods and workflows.
  • Coordinates and collects information from relevant agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries ad issues to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintains and updates the stakeholders’ mapping/registers/plans as stakeholders’ roles and requirements change throughout the programme duration.
  • To Interface Clients and governmental bodies on projects.
  • To lead a team of stakeholders and coordinators on different projects and monitor activities and team performance.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within a project-based environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to assess stakeholder needs and align them with organizational goals.
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
