About the Role:

We are seeking a Private English Tutor to work with an Ultra High Net-Worth Individual (UHNI) family based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience teaching UHNI clients, VIPs, executives, or individuals in high-profile or luxury settings. This is a full-time, live-in contract role focused on rapidly improving the client’s English fluency through structured, customized sessions. The tutor should be highly professional, culturally sensitive, and able to maintain discretion and flexibility at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, daily English language instruction
• Focus on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and practical conversation
• Assist with both formal (professional) and informal (casual) communication
• Track learning progress and adapt sessions accordingly
• Share fluency-building strategies and confidence-enhancing techniques
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or English Literature
• Certifications (Any ONE of the following is required):
• Certificate in Teaching of English (CTE – IGNOU)
• PGDTE – English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad
• TEFL/TESOL (recognized institutions such as Asian College of Teachers)
• CELTA (completed in India via British Council or approved provider)
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a private English tutor or language instructor
• Preferred: Experience teaching UHNI clients, top-level executives, or in private, high-net-worth household settings
• Skills:
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Cultural awareness and ability to maintain discretion
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to adapt teaching methods as needed
• Availability: Must be willing to relocate to Dubai immediately

Post-Interview Requirement:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a customized 2–3-month English teaching plan tailored to the client’s language goals and lifestyle, clearly outlining what they will teach, when they will teach it, and how they will deliver the sessions. A 2-minute self-introduction video in English demonstrating fluency and confidence.
