Private Equity Associate

A rare and unique opportunity to join a boutique Private Equity firm in Dubai, supporting transactions at a highly successful firm.

Joining as Private Equity Associate, with the opportunity to progress to a full Transactional role in the future, this position could suit either an early-career joiner with excellent technical skills and potential (1 - 5 years' experience), or a more seasoned candidate looking to increase their exposure in this space (5 - 10 years' experience).

Key duties for the Private Equity Associate include:

• Supporting the C-Suite with transactions including M&A and joint ventures, as a Chief of Staff/ 2iC
• Drafting analytical and commercial documents for deals
• Coordination of fund setup, both internally and externally
• Maintaining strong governance and communications between functions
• Maintaining the Share Point for deal documents, compliance, governance, etc.

A degree from a leading University is preferred for this Financial Services client. UAE corporate experience is useful, but not mandatory.
