Job Description:

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced PRO to join our client's team in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related tasks and processes for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities for all visa, labor, and immigration matters

• Process and submit all necessary documents for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations

• Keep track of all employee visa and labor permits and ensure timely renewals

• Liaise with government authorities to resolve any issues or delays in visa processing

• Stay updated on all relevant laws and regulations related to visa, labor, and immigration processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee documents and government transactions

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including completing all necessary government-related procedures

• Represent the company in all government-related meetings and appointments

• Handle any other PRO duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures for visa and immigration processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
