Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor actual production times versus estimated times, ensuring the data is live and easily accessible to management.
• Propose and execute process improvements, consistently tracking efficiency across operations.
• Collaborate with the Estimation team to enhance estimation knowledge and methodologies.
• Develop and implement a production bonus scheme based on actual performance compared to set targets.
• Analyze workflow and recommend improvements related to kitting, equipment utilization, and information flow.
• Establish and maintain a capacity monitoring structure for the production process.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in Industrial or Process Engineering within a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment.
• Strong background in time and motion studies, process improvement, and efficiency tracking.
• Ability to implement production monitoring systems and present live data to management.
• Familiarity with bonus schemes linked to production efficiency.
• Demonstrated capability in workflow optimization, including equipment and material management.
• Knowledge of capacity monitoring techniques and methodologies.
• A proven track record of successfully completing projects related to the listed responsibilities, with hard evidence of prior achievements preferred.
