We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Lead to join our Business Excellence team. This role involves managing key reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reporting processes and support business teams with process improvements.
- Analyze and reconcile data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Understand ETL concepts and data flow for reporting systems.
- Validate data across systems and assist with ERP implementation testing.
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain documentation for projects.
- Provide ad-hoc support for business requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP and EPM.
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data integration tools (advantageous).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
