As a Processor your role is to verify the application files received, assisting the sales executives by providing information from the systems, MIS preparation & Overall reports as per Management requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening of all application received from Staff before Submission and Approval.
• Submitting & follow up of the application
• Ensure sales/customer Information/queries are provided as per unit requirements
• Ensure MIS/Reports/trackers are generated/updated as per Unit requirements within TAT
• Maintain the Tracker for return files and filing them in the tracker on daily basis
• Follow up with RCC for pre-approval & approval once the case is converted
• Resolved discrepancies to be verified & dispatched to RCC on daily basis
• Ensuring any suspicious / Fraud documents are highlighted to the Management
• Address internal and external customer queries in a timely, courteous and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction Handling queries from Siebel CRM, Branch
• Update databases regularly to ensure availability of updated data or information needed for accurate processing/reporting. MIS (Login, Pre-Approval, Approval Disbursal, Branch, Siebel CRM
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree (Any specialization)
• 1 year experience in banking
• Prowess with MIS office and awareness of retail banking policies
• Meticulous
