Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our engineering unit specializing in the manufacturing of moulds, dies, and high-precision tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure high-quality materials and equipment for the manufacturing of moulds, dies, and tools.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the commercial and production teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
