We are currently seeking a Procurement Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, equipment, and services critical to project execution, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
This role requires a strong understanding of steel materials, fabrication processes, and supplier markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and project teams to ensure procurement activities align with project requirements and company objectives.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage procurement documents including RFPs, bid evaluations, and PO/contract issuance
- Lead commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, and finalization of terms and conditions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, finance, legal, and project teams)
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and project schedules
- Support supplier onboarding and performance monitoring
- 8 - 12 years in procurement, preferably within engineering or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of commercial terms, sourcing strategies, and contract structuring
- Proven experience in CAPEX procurement and managing technical packages
