Job Brief:

A leading chemical trading company is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage purchasing operations for raw materials and chemical products. The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemical Engineering and 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for chemical raw materials and related products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify and fulfill material requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and supplier information.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.
• Support procurement planning and budgeting activities to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure timely follow-up on orders and deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the chemical or trading sector.
• Knowledge of chemical materials, supply markets, and sourcing practices.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
