Position Procurement Officer 

Role Summary

Managing procures to pay cycle. 

Sourcing new items from the international market. 

Convert local buying into import (intl. market) analyze the gape and fix. 

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and company objectives. 

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand timeline and requirements i.e. inventory department, supply chain and logistic department. 

Manage execute import and export procedures (documents and compliance part) 

Stay abreast of changes in international trade laws and custom duty, also monitoring intl. market price on daily basis for raw materials. 

Identify and evaluate existing and potential suppliers. 

Cost management and budgeting also market research. 

Note: 

Contract management, international buying, budget management, forecasting, negotiating. Vendor relationship management, cost control Quality assurance, time management. 

Qualifications

Education Master degree 

Certifications CIPP / CIPM 

Experience 5 years above in similar field.

UAE experience is mandate.

Skills

Technical skills Managing P2P process, monitoring supplier performance, strategic sourcing, contract management. 

Soft skills Communication, negotiation, risk and time management.

Languages English and any other language
