Product Administrator, CRM in our office in Dubai
As a Product Administrator – CRM to support the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of our Customer Relationship Management platform. You will work closely with Product Owners, end users, and technical teams to ensure the system is optimized, issues are addressed promptly, and the CRM supports business growth across sales, service, and marketing functions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first-line system administrator for the CRM platform (Salesforce)
- Manage user access, profiles, roles, and permission sets in line with security best practices
- Support daily operational tasks, including data integrity, system cleanups, and user troubleshooting
- Assist in the deployment of new features, including UAT coordination, release documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business users to ensure CRM functionality meets evolving needs
- Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and onboarding
- Monitor platform usage and performance, escalating technical issues where needed
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, automations, and workflows
- Ensure CRM configuration is aligned with data governance, compliance, and audit standards
Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a CRM administrator or coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated industry
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or another major CRM platform
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data model, and user management
- Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in sales, service, or marketing
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and agile environments is a plus
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a strong advantage
- FinTech, brokerage, or financial services experience is a nice to have
