Role Overview

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to product development and

performance. Your role involves providing insights to support decision-making processes and contributing to the

improvement of product strategies.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Write clear user stories in order to communicate business requirements to the team.
• Analyze customer data, feedback and actions to improve customer acquisition and retention
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
• Assist in maintaining backlogs and handling new requests.
• Conduct product research and analysis on market trends and competitor products.
• Support in onboarding flow and enterprise process management.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of business .
• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first approach.
• English and Arabic Speaker.
• Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst for 3 year(s).
• In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum) process and principles .
• Top communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
